Michael is an estate planning attorney who advises ultra-high-net-worth clients and has extensive experience preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other critical estate planning documents. Earlier in his career, Michael practiced securities defense and complex commercial litigation in New York, representing public companies and other clients in high stake matters. He is a Co-Founder of Herbie Estate Planning.

Michael earned his JD and an LLM in International & Comparative Law from Duke Law School. He later earned an LLM in Taxation, with a concentration in estate planning, from NYU School of Law’s top-ranked tax program. Michael received his undergraduate degree from Duke University.
