Josh began his career as a corporate attorney, advising clients on debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements. A licensed pilot, he later held corporate and legal roles at two aerospace companies, where he structured commercial aircraft transactions and related financings for a $2 billion portfolio and ultimately led growth-stage corporate functions.
After his father passed away, Josh experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating estate administration. That experience inspired him to help make the process easier and more accessible for others. Josh is a Co-Founder of Herbie Estate Planning.
Josh received his JD and MBA from Duke Law School and Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.
Josh is licensed to practice law in New York.
